How to Practice 5 Different Element Meditations
Special Report

Most all the cultivation schools of the world say that the human body is composed of 5 elements -- an earth (skeleton, muscles, nails, hairs, etc.), water (blood, hormones, lymph, etc.), wind (chi or prana), fire (kundalini), and space element.

It's actually possible to cultivate these five separate elements -- a meditative practice called "cultivating the kasinas" -- to transform your chi and physical nature and enter into samadhi.

If you want to cultivate an element, you must do each in a separate fashion. For the first time, in simple English, you can learn how to do this in order to attain either the fire, water, chi, space or earth element samadhi..

I've been trying to study meditation since I was a teenager. I tried to study philosophy, and theology at university. I tried to read my way through libraries of "spiritual development" books, esoteric and arcane texts, handbooks, guides, grimoires, journals, anything and everything that I thought might give me some kind of a clue. I even thought I might be getting somewhere sometimes, almost.

The problem was I seemed to take it too seriously. I often felt as though I'd be perfectly content with a "little book of calm fluffiness" if only I could get away from the idea that there must be more to it than that. Or perhaps I might be able to be content with just collecting the books, if only I didn't have to try out what they suggested.

I have to tell you from the outset that I still feel that way. There is something more, but ever since I first found William Bodri's website, there's a crucial difference.

I now know what to look for, and how to go about trying to find it.

How to Practice 5 Different Element Meditations is the first report I've purchased from Bill. Simply put, it's a series of associated meditation practises that I - for one - have read about before. But once again, there's that crucial difference. I understand it now.

The report is written in non-sectarian terms. It balances ease of comprehension, with attention to detail. It simply explains both how, and why the practises "should" be done. Any one of those distinctions would make the report remarkable. The combination of all of them however, is not isolated to this one work, but common to all of Bill's works that I have so far seen examples of.

5 elements works perfectly if you've been trying to meditate for a while, and are looking for something that can put your practise into perspective, and give it focus. For a beginner it will start you off in the right direction, and for a veteran, it'll show you where you've been going wrong for years (like me).

This is it friends. The serious stuff. This is the genuine article I've been looking for.

Dear Bill,
I just purchased on-line the above book .
Increedible! I read through only one evening . This morning I talked and explained deeply to my friend its content which is not far away from what we were taught - practiced in many sessions of meditations . My friend, 71 years
old - have been being in line of Buddist tradition, practicing meditation for more than 40 years so far . I - younger than him 02 years, learned and meditated through Kriya yoga/advanced level along with practicing [other qi-gong techniques] ... then relocated now living in Kodiak/Alaska. Many and many teachings and guidances in The book are so easely to understand . Especialy "the breath retention" (that I used daily) I GOT for the first time of its REAL meaning and purpose .
Thank You.
